b. SERVICE PROVIDERS PROVIDE THEIR CARGO INSURANCE, DOT NUMBER, MC NUMBER, W9 FORM AND OTHER PAPERS IF THEY WISH. BUT IMPORTANT TO CHECK: DOT AND MC AUTHORITY NUMBER ALSO INSURANCE EXPIRATION DATE AND INSURANCE PROVIDER.
c. BASED ON THOSE ABOVE CUSTOMER WILL ABLE TO CHECK OUT IF THEY CAN TRUST A SERVICE PROVIDER. PLEASE SEE LINKS BELOW THIS PAGE
d. REMEMBER THOSE ARE GOVERNMENT WEBSITES AND FREE FOR EVERYBODY.
e. DOT AND MC NUMBER: CUSTOMERS WILL ABLE TO SEE ACCIDENT REPORT OF TRANSPORTER VIOLATIONS AND MOST IMPORTANT IF DOT AND MC NUMBER CAN NOT BE FOUND, THEN IT BETTER NOT TO ASSIGN A JOB/LOAD TO THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.
f. MC AUTHORITY CERTIFICATE: IF PROVIDER DOES NOT HAVE IT ON FILE IS NOT A PROBLEM BUT BETTER TO HAVE SUCH VERIFICATION. CUSTOMER ALWAYS CAN GO AND CHECK ON DOT WEBSITE IF TRANSPORTER HAS RIGHTS TO OPERATE.
g. NOTE: PICKUP TRUCKS LESS THEN 5000 TON DO NOT NEED DOT NUMBER THEY ARE OPERATED BY DRIVER WITH NON COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE.

3. NOTE: WE AS WEB SERVICE PROVIDER DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF WHICH CARRIER/TRANSPORTER YOU WILL CHOOSE, WE ONLY PROVIDE A CONTACT INFORMATION AND TOOLS FOR YOU TO CHECK. AND TAKE VERY SMALL FEE FROM PROVIDERS TO SUPPORT THIS DATABASE AND HELP YOU AND PROVIDER TO FIND EACH OTHER. 4. CUSTOMER ALWAYS SHALL LEAVE A RATING FOR PROVIDER. THIS WAY OTHER WILL KNOW IF PROVIDER IS HONEST, RESPONSIBLE AND CAN BE TRUSTED.
5. NOTE: IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OR DAMAGE OCCURRED DOING TRANSPORTING A VEHICLE CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE PROVIDERS INSURANCE PAPERS DOWNLOADED OR GIVEN BY SERVICE PROVIDER BEFORE BOOKING A LOAD, CUSTOMER SHALL ASK PROVIDER INSPECTION FORM (USUALLY DRIVER HAS IT AT PICKUP LOCATION). CUSTOMER SHALL SIGN AND HAVE A COPY OF IT. BASED ON INSPECTION PAPER IF CUSTOMER IS NOT AGREE OR VEHICLE DELIVERED WITH DAMAGE CUSTOMER SHALL CONTACT DIRECTLY TO PROVIDER’S INSURANCE COMPANY. MOST CASES TRANSPORTER HAS DEDUCTIBLE AND INSURANCE PROVIDER CAN GIVE IT TO CUSTOMER. IF DAMAGE IT TOO BAD THEN INSURANCE PROVIDER WILL COVER EXPENSES IF IT PROVED THAT DAMAGE OCCURRED DOING TRANSPORTATION.
6. NOTE: MOST TRANSPORTER HAVE AGREEMENT/CONTRACT READY TO SIGN, PLEASE ASK SERVICE PROVIDER FOR IT READ AND ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT SIGN IT  “TO HAVE A PROVE BETTER TO EMAIL” TO SERVICE PROVIDER SOME SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE CONTRACT ON INSPECTION PAPER. AND DRAFT UPLOADED ON THIS WEBSITE, PLEASE SEE SERVICE PROVIDER BIO.
7. IF CUSTOMER AGREED WITH BOOKING TERMS WITH SERVICE PROVIDER THAT MEANS THEY HAVE A CONTRACTS BETWEEN THEM. CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE SIGNED CONTACT WITH SERVICE PROVIDER BEFORE BOOKING A LOAD/CAR/EQUIPMENT/LAVE ANIMALS/GOODS.
8. CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE SIGNED AND DATED AN INSPECTION REPORT DOING PICKUP AND SIGNED ON DELIVERY, PROVIDED BY SERVICE PROVIDER OR IT’S DRIVER/MEMBER.
9. CUSTOMER HAS A RIGHT TO TAKE PHOTOS OF LOAD/CAR/EQUIPMENT/LAVE ANIMALS/GOODS DOING PICKUP AND DOING DELIVERY.
10. IT IS CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY NOT TO SHIP BROKEN DAMAGED OR NOT RUNNING VEHICLE, IF CUSTOMER WANT TO SHIP IT SUCH WAY THEN SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL BE NOTIFIED BEFORE PICKUP AND CUSTOMER SHALL POST A JOB TO HIGHLIGHT SUCH ISSUE.
11. TRANSPORTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE IF IT OCCURRED BECAUSE OF (VEHICLE CLEANSE FROM THE GROUND TO THE FLOOR IS TOO LOW OR VEHICLE FLOOR FROM THE GROUND IS LESS THEN 4 INCHES. IF CUSTOMER WANTS TO SHIP SUCH VEHICLE IT SHALL BE SPECIFIED DOING POSTING A JOB, AND SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL KNOW ABOUT IT.
12. FOR ANY TRANSPORTATION QUESTION CUSTOMER SHALL CONTACT TO SERVICE PROVIDER BUT NOT FINDCARHAULER.COM TEAM.
13. CUSTOMER ALWAYS CAN CONTACT US FOR COMPLAINS TO GET AN ADVICE BUT NOT INVOLVING US TO THIS CONFLICT. WE ALWAYS CAN REMOVE DISHONEST PROVIDER FROM OUR DATABASE IF THEY FAIL TO SATISFY A CUSTOMER.
14. CUSTOMER MAKES PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER.
15. CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE AN INVOICE GENERATED FROM FINDCARHAULER.COM WEBSITE BUT MAKE PAYMENT AS CUSTOMER AND SERVICE PROVIDED AGREED.

16. BROKER OR SERVICE PROVIDER POSTING A LOAD FOR PICKUP: THEY BECOME A CUSTOMER FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE PROVIDER.
17. BY SIGNING TO EZDISPATCHER.COM KNOWN AS FINDCARHAULER.COM YOU ARE AGREE WITH THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
